Property isn't just what I do — it's what I love. I am drawn to the potential in every building, the story behind every space and the impact a well-developed property can make to someone's life.
Over the years I have built up a wealth of experience across the property development sector — from site assessments and planning applications to project management and completion. Seeing a space transformed into somewhere people love is one of the most rewarding things you can do.
A turning point in my career gave me the opportunity to go further. I retrained in property law and gained my CLC, CQS and CILEX qualifications — and today I specialise in acquisitions and disposals across both commercial and high-end residential transactions, ranging from land, farms and warehouses to landmark London buildings, as well as acting for both lenders and borrowers in a range of secured lending transactions. Not many developers understand property from both sides of the transaction — across law and development alike — adding a professional dimension to my practical experience that I believe sets KHA Property Limited apart from everyone else.
I started KHA Property Limited because I wanted to build something of my own. Something meaningful. Something that makes a real difference — not just to properties, but to the people who use them.
I believe life happens for us, not to us. And I believe that knowledge is only ever as good as what you do with it. Everything I have learnt and experienced, I'm putting to work — building spaces people love and a business I'm proud to put my name to.
